You will need to complete the vaccination history table at the bottom of the form, prior to yourconsultation. If you have a yellow fever certificate or any other vaccination record, pleaseremember to bring this with you.
Your visit will include a half hour consultation with a qualified doctor specialising in travel healthand included is a pocket medical guide including international vaccination certificate.
All vaccinations are given on site with techniques to minimise discomfort. Severe side effects arerare, however, we suggest that you stay for 20 minutes after your injections. It is also a WorldHealth Organisation requirement that patients are observed for half an hour following a yellowfever injection. Please take this into account when planning your day.
Please note that payment is required at the time of visit. Most consultations will attract a medicarerebate for part of the fee. Corporate consultations may be charged to your company by priorarrangement. The cost of any injections and dispensed medications are partly claimable via mostprivate health extras cover. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, and EFTPOS (no cheques). Acancellation fee will apply unless more than 24 hours notice is given.
