Description: Medical records produced and maintained by doctors are often in professional and even unrecognizable terms foreign to patients. This may result in difficulty in communication between the doctor and the patient. There is promising room where the verbal information can be transformed into graphical and iconic representations which requires not only design knowledge but also substantial human-computer interaction know-how.
