 Provided annual training to current Consumers Energy employees in the divisions of electric, gas and  Out of the 9 ACRO contractors brought in to assist with annual training, I was one of four to be but through the Basic Instructor Training class so I could run sessions without a Consumers Energy lead trainer.  Trainer Certified in 10 of the annual modules needed for 2013 training session.  Assisted in the Tools and Work Methods portion of the 2013 block training for the electric division.
