smooth distribution to facilities from DH to SC, uninterrupted availability to patients, minimization of out-of-pocket expenses, quality assurance, prescription audits, EDL in public domain, computerized drugs and logistics MIS system.
Essential drugs lists (EDL) is to be prepared by the State and budget should be projected accordingly.
